Well as you can see I have started the practicing for Jons grooms cake. not that there will be a lot of flowers on it, but I just wanted to try working with the fondant and gumpaste. This cake took me about 8 hours to do, so I need to work on my time a little bit since this is only a 6in single layer cake! :) oh well it was fun. the next one i'm going to try to do a rolled fondant to put over the whole cake, this seems easy but I bet its harder than it looks!

Pretty a flower bouquet! Can't wait to see the rolled one like jons will be. Wow 8 hrs. I can see why with so many different flowers. Good Work!!
